Beautifully furnished and tranquil therapy rooms available in close proximity to Shoreditch High Street Station (3-5mins walk) and Liverpool Street Station (15 mins walk).

The Therapeutic Rooms consists of two buildings, which are both accessed from a courtyard just off Brick Lane.

The Courtyard House hosts five consulting rooms and a communal kitchen/chill out area, nestled over three floors. The rooms are spacious with plenty of natural sunlight and a host of plants and original artwork, creating a nurturing and calm environment.

Just a stone’s throw away, across the courtyard, you will find The Courtyard Loft, providing a large, open plan space which can be used for one to one therapy and groups.The Courtyard Loft also features an adjacent, super-comfortable consulting room.

Our aim is to create a warm and welcoming environment for both clients and therapists alike, where people can experience a sense of psychological safety and engage in therapeutic work away from their normal surroundings and usual distractions.

Apart from talking treatments, we also offer some mind body practices, including yoga therapy, meditation, deep guided relaxation and nutritional therapy. We currently have limited availability remaining, and are also looking for an acupuncturist to join our team.

To become an individual practitioner of the centre, you must commit to a minimum of:

- two 4 hour blocks Monday to Friday (which are set from 8am-12pm, or 5.30pm-9.30pm), or one 4hr block at weekends (9am-1pm; 1.30pm-5.30pm on Saturdays), flexible 4hr bookings on Sunday

- one 7hr block (either from 7.30am -2.30pm, or from 3pm-10pm)

- one 9 hr block

- one 4 hour block for complementary therapists

There is no minimum commitment for group practitioners wishing to join the practice.

Opening hours are Monday to Friday: 7am-10pm; Saturday and Sunday 8am to 8pm

- 4hr blocks which are available Monday to Friday, from 8am-12pm, or 5.30pm to 9.30pm, are priced at £44; The Saturday 4 hr blocks are from 9am-1pm, or 1.30pm-5.30pm. 4hrs on Sunday are charged at £33 and flexible

- 7hr AM slots (7.30am-2.30pm) are charged £52.50-£60 Monday to Friday

- 7hr PM slots (3pm-10pm) are charged at £55-£65 Monday to Friday, all PM slots are £5 cheaper on Fridays

- 9hr blocks are fixed from either 8am-5pm, or 12.30pm-9.30pm, and are charged at £65/£70/£75 depending on room size
