Therapy room and exercise studio to rent in Kensal rise/ Ladbroke grove

We have a beautiful therapy room and a seprate exercise studio available for rent in a small Personal Training Clinic.

The treatment room is new and warm with an adjustable treatment bed sink and cupboard as well as desk space. We have a comfortable arm chair that can be used for talking therapies too if required.

The exercise studio has 7 chin-up station bars and would easily fit up to 10 people to workout in. the Room can be used for Yoga, pilates, HIIT or any other group or one to one sessions.

There is a small waiting area with modern bathroom / WC / Changing rooms and lockers in the main gym area.

The Clinic is open by appointment only so there is no receptionist however we can offer remote service as part of the package to take bookings etc if needed with Mind Body Online .

Keys for access and Alarm codes provided with contract for room rental.

We use video security outside the doors, in the entrance hall and in the main gym area only. We can offer a web listing on the practice website or link to your own site to promote your service

The Clinic is open by appointment only.

Current business hours are:

6.30am-9pm Monday to Friday

8am-2pm Saturdays

10am-12pm Sundays

However you have the freedom of using the space as you need it during the day by agreement.

£20 Per Hour

£70 Half a day (7am -2.00pm or 2.00pm- 9pm)

£120 full day

£400 per week (Mon-Sunday)

£1200 per month
