We are a specialist Sports Osteopathy and Physiotherapy clinic based in St John’s Wood London, just around the corner from the famous Abbey Road Studios.

The clinic has 2 separate therapy rooms and an open plan, fully equipped movement rehabilitation studio space suitable to hold up to 4 people training at the same time. Access to the studio space is also available to anyone who wishes to rent the clinic room.

We are open 6 days per week from Mondays to Saturdays and I mainly use one of the clinic rooms for the majority of the week from Mondays to Fridays. Although, the other clinic room is available to hire for most days of the week.

The clinic is a short walking distance from St John’s Wood High Street, Maida Vale tube station and Baker Street, it is the perfect location to attract new customers and bring your existing clients/patients.

I am looking for a person or persons who are both reliable and trustworthy who can open and close the clinic themselves if needed and to also leave the clinic room/studio tidy ready for the next person to use the space.

Current available days of clinic room rent:

- All day: Monday, Wednesdays, Saturdays

- Half day: Tuesdays and Thursdays

There is also on street Zingo parking available outside the clinic and in the area around the clinic.

Mondays-Fridays: 8am-8pm

Saturdays: 8am-4pm

Rent costs:

- Half Day: £50 (6 hours)

- Full Day: £75 (up to 12 hours)
