The room offers:

- guest log-in account on the iMac desktop (with wired superfast ethernet connection - perfect for online consultations).

- wifi for laptops and other devices

- natural light, opening sash windows for ventilation

- tissues

- water jug and glasses

- blankets and cushions (may be removed to align with COVID safety guidance)

- air-con and heating

- printer/scanner/copier

- 2m physical distance between practitioner and patient seating

The building offers:

- access to filtered water, tea, coffee, dining space for lunch/dinner breaks in communal kitchen

- friendly, professional reception staff and waiting area 9am-5pm

- gated and secure out-of-hours entrance

- hand sanitiser stations installed throughout

- shower facilities (particularly handy if you cycle to/from the office)

- should you take a half or full day block you will have access to a bookable conference room which is suitable for group work.

- personal lockers available for additional monthly fee

Monday - Friday blocks:

Mornings: 7am - 11.55am = £180 pcm.

Half Day: 7am - 3.00pm = £260 pcm.

Half Day Evening: 3.00pm - 10.30pm = £270 pcm.

Full Day: 7am to 10.30pm = £395 pcm (Mon &/or Fri only).

Weekend blocks:

Half day: 7am - 2pm or 2pm to 9pm = £50 p/day

Full day: 7am - 9pm = £75 p/day

Monthly rolling agreements.

1 month paid in advance; fully refundable assuming no damages to the room, furnishing, tech etc.

1 month notice to end.
