Room hire probably costs less than you think. We offer regular weekly sessions and flexible ad hoc booking, with no minimum commitment.

Our practitioners can also promote their practice with our address, using our mail-handling service, and use on their own (free) website.

Licencing and Pricing Options

We offer dental consulting and therapy rooms at competitive rates for both peak and off-peak hours.

Peak Hours Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 08.30 – 18.00

Off Peak Hours All day Monday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 08.30 – 21.00

All evenings 17.30 – 21.00

All our licences carry the same monthly licence fee, which covers everything you require to run your private practice in New Road Street location including security, meet and greet, reception duties and a personalised telephone answering service.

There is no additional VAT on room rental and no extra charges unless you choose to use one of our administrative support services.

Occasional Licence

This licence provides access to dental consulting and therapy rooms as and when you need them, giving you maximum flexibility.

Rooms are charged at an hourly rate starting at £20 per hour off peak.

You would choose this option if you do not wish to use a room at a regular time each week.
