A warm, bright and comfortable room available to rent for half or full days, including evenings and weekends. The room is suitable for talking therapies including couples work, mentoring, coaching, etc.

There is disabled access, a lift, reception, communal kitchen and secure access. The room has a large frosted picture window supplying plenty of natural light and is screened to provide privacy. The room also comes with WiFi, AC/heating and storage space.

Kings Cross and St Pancras stations are a five minute walk, with a two minute walk to the Pentonville Road exit. Six bus routes stop close to the building on Kings Cross Road.

The room is co-managed by two established practitioners who are happy to offer some guidance and referral network possibilities.

Covid measures:

Armchairs >2m apart; Antiviral spray (for chairs and surfaces); HEPA-filtered air purifier; Hand sanitiser and cleaning wipes in room and building; Letting clients in remotely is possible.

The building has additional cleaning measures.

Monday 6am – 3pm: £200 per month

Tuesday 6am – 12pm: £142 per month

Friday 6am – 1.30pm: £166 per month

Weekend half day: £180 per month

Weekend full day: £330 per month

Discounts are also available if taking multiple slots.

Ad-hoc hours are available to practitioners who already have an existing regular slot, at £14 per hour.
