Looking for a colleague(s) to share my bright and spacious talking therapy/consultation room.

Centrally located in Zone 1 on Albert Embankment, the room is a good size (130 sqm) and is furnished with a two seater sofa, an armchair, a desk and intercom access. There is also free wifi, lift access and residential parking. The picturesque Thames Riverside is a stone’s through from the building with stunning views of Parliament and the London Eye. The building is minutes from Vauxhall station and also accessible by multiple bus routes.

The building has a large main entrance with access to a café open Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, and multiple lounge areas, shared kitchens and accessible toilet facilities on each floor. The building is accessible 24 hours per day with CCTV security.

You will receive your own key and fob access to the building, so you’ll be able to use the room for longer hours. The building is just minutes walking distance from Vauxhall, Westminster and Lambeth North stations. There are also multiple bus routes within minutes of the building.

The room is available on Tuesdays and Saturdays all day and Friday morning/afternoon.

£12 per hour (minimum 2hr block per week).

Half day rate rate £60 (8am-3pm or 3pm-10pm)

Daily rate is £100 (8am-10pm).
