New therapy room in highly appointed Blackfriars building

I am a relational integrative psychotherapist and counselling psychologist and have just relocated my therapy practice to central London.

I have decided work from a dedicated space in Blackfriars. I am in a great building that has been designed for physical and mental wellbeing – please follow the link at the bottom to the company's web page. The building has a very professional front of house staff with client waiting space, excellent internet, a gym, cycle storage, rooftop café - free tea, coffee, basement bar and arcade plus a host of features that make it very covid safe with daily cleaning, individually controlled air conditioning and high standards of soundproofing.

I have spent a lot of time getting the room right with new furniture, a standing desk, silent clock, fresh paint job and quality artwork. The room has with dimmable lights and shade control windows – clients love it.

The room is available to rent for two/three days a week. I am offering a very competitive a straight day rate (24 hours access) with a day rate of £100 for central London until December. I am ideally looking for one or two therapists to take the days when I am working elsewhere (Monday, Tuesday or Friday); weekends could also be available. You will get your own entry card and early morning/late night access during that day that you take.

You will need to have a professional therapy/healthcare qualification (BACP, UKCP, HCPC etc) and your own professional indemnity insurance. Currently, I have a mixture of online and in person clients – the transport links make it very easy to get to from all over London and home counties. After suffering the dingy, cheerless and impersonal rooms in and around London and my own personal nightmare of having to book by the hour, I determined to make a home for my practice that is safe, creative and beautiful, one that supports my relational practice. I hope to attract other therapists and alied healthcare workers who share my aesthetic and belief in the room being an important element of the healing process.
