Room Description

We are based in the heart of Holborn, WC1 within a few minutes walking distance from Holborn Street station. Our treatment room is on the ground floor with then we have a large waiting room or therapy room, parking outside.

Next to Lambs conduit Street is the loveliest location. It is mostly quiet but still within a couple of minutes of the bustling Holborn and Tottenham Court Road a few mins walk. Our space is an independant room which is immaculate, customers absolutely love our decor. It is clean and furnished to perfection.

An independant private room that is in the perfect location to attract clients and to bring your existing clients. Our space is much bigger than is the pictures has a seating area with sofas and chairs and an room area with a massage table, and a bed. A private kitchen upstairs and toilet down stairs as well as storage are also within the premises.

I am looking for a person or persons who are reliable and trust worthy and are happy to respect the treatment room keeping it immaculate and clean.

A minimum of 5 days per week is required and the cost is £150 per day

Or if you would like to reduce the cost and rent on a monthly basis, 6 days per week (Mon-Sat), the cost is £2800

A space this size, in this area usually rents for a minimum of £180 per day up tp £350 per day.

If you would like it for seven days I would consider it.

The room is available 6 days a week from Monday - Saturday from 9am - 7pm.

Prices

You will have sole access and so will be responsible for keeping the space clean and hygienic as well as removal of any waste. As you will have sole access, you will oversee opening and closing and must make sure you securely lock the main door when leaving.

We are based in the heart of Holborn parallel to Lambs conduit Street and have a great footfall of customers.

The space is furnished Neutral colours, decor and has a seating area with sofa and chairs however, you can furnish the room to suit your brand. There is storage available also and a nice size kitchen area for tea/coffee. There is one toilet (bath with shower) There it’s bright with high ceilings and windows, which let a lot of light in and give a lovely feel as you can see from the photos.

I am really looking for someone who will love, care and respect the space as much as I have. You will be able to use the space as and when you like between Monday-Saturday.

Chairs
