It is located in Central London on Hanover Square (Mayfair postcode), behind Oxford Circus so very easy to get to & great for referrals. It is located in a very quiet building with a lift access.

7am - 10pm / 24 hour access

£12 per hour (first 3 months), £14 p.h. after that. OR, £12 per hour ongoing for 10 hours per week - 1 block to be a daytime block. £16 for ad hoc.

Available to hire in 4 or 5 hour blocks at the following times:

Tuesday: 5-10pm

Wednesdays: 7am-12pm, 12-5pm, 5-10pm

Thursday: 7am-12pm, 12-5pm, 5-10pm

Friday: 7am-12pm, 12-5pm, 5-10pm

Saturday & Sunday - all day

1 month's rent in advance plus 1 month's rent as deposit. £40 non-refundable deposit for the key and card. 2 months notice period.
