We are based in the heart of Fitzrovia, W1 within a few minutes walking distance from Goodge Street station. Our treatment room is on the ground floor with parking outside.

Fitzrovia is the loveliest location. It is mostly quiet but still within a couple of minutes of the bustling Goodge Street and Tottenham Court Road. Our space is an independant room which is immaculate, customers absolutely love our decor. It is clean and furnished to perfection.

An independant private room that is in the perfect location to attract clients and to bring your existing clients. Our space is over 300 sqft and has a seating area with six chairs and an area with three massage tables. A private kitchen and toilet as well as plenty of storage are also within the premises.

I am looking for a person or persons who are reliable and trust worthy and are happy to respect the treatment room keeping it immaculate and clean.

The room is available 6 days a week from Monday - Saturday from 9am - 7pm.

Monday - Saturday 9.00am - 7.00pm

You will have sole access and so will be responsible for keeping the space clean and hygienic as well as removal of any waste. As you will have sole access, you will oversee opening and closing and must make sure you securely lock the main door when leaving.

We are based in the heart of Fitzrovia parallel to Goodge Street and have a great footfall of customers. There is potential to brand the front with your business logo/branding.

The space is partly furnished with tables, decor and has a seating area with six chairs however, you can furnish the room to suit your brand. There is lots of storage available also and a small kitchen area for tea/coffee. There is one toilet and sink to the rear of the space. There are quite a few windows, which let a lot of light in and give a lovely feel as you can see from the photos.

I am really looking for someone who will love, care and respect the space as much as I have. You will be able to use the space as and when you like between Monday-Saturday.

The cost covers the following:

Room Rent

Business Rates

Electric Bill, lighting, machinery, kettle etc

Water Bill, sink, toilet etc

Storage

Chairs

Massage Table (if needed)

Furnishing/Decor

A minimum of 5 days per week is required and the cost is £150 per day

Or if you would like to reduce the cost and rent on a monthly basis, 6 days per week (Mon-Sat), the cost is £2800

A room this size, in this area usually rents for a minimum of £180 per day up tp £350 per day.
