Perfect for therapy, counselling or coaching the room has a professional, relaxed and modern feel and is now available for as little as £75 a day. It's a great space at a great address. Clients and therapists love this room.

NOTE: Because of the way the room is set up, it is NOT suitable for physical or beauty therapies.

The room is a very useful size at 175 square feet. It gets good light through a beautiful windowed door. It has curtains, flexible lighting (dimmable and remote control) and air conditioning. It is in a very quiet part of the building and there is little outside noise.

Equipped with two leather reclining chairs and footstools, a leather sofa, side tables, sound system and abstract art. Door signs and internal signs are interchangeable should you wish to put your own up.

There are client toilets nearby, a lift service and free bottled water.

There is a full reception service available (to receive clients and notify you of their arrival) during weekday office hours. This is included in the room cost. Outside office hours there is an entry-phone system. Additionally, there is 24 hour access to the room by keypad entry via another private entrance.

The room is available for full days - you have 24 hour access - so you can start as early and finish as late as you want.

Reception is open from 8:30am to 5:30pm on weekdays.

Weekday: £500 per month (£125 per day)

Saturdays: £360 per month (£90 per day)

Sundays: £300 per month (£75 per day)

The room is available for 1 or 2 days (weekdays) a week on an ongoing monthly basis. Saturdays and Sundays are also available. Days are full 24 hour days so you can start and finish when you want to. We can't offer half days or sessional or ad hoc use.

There is a discount if more than one day per week is taken or both weekend days are taken.

The monthly rate is the same regardless of whether there are 4 or 5 of your chosen clinic days falling in a month. So some months you effectively get an extra day.

A monthly agreement with 30 days’ notice either way is required.
