We are located on the main high street, busy passing trade, fantastic transport links, modern & trendy business.

The treatment room consists of:

Massage couch

Trolley

Wash basin

Heating

Room size is: 285 cm x 156 cm

Ideally, we would prefer to rent to an individual who offers treatments such as holistic/alternative therapy, advanced beauty treatments restylane, botox, etc.

You will NOT be allowed to offer basic beauty treatments (waxing,facials etc),massage or laser, as we offer these services ourselves.

An extension of existing licence will be required and you will be responsible for the fee application (depending on what services you wish to offer.

Preference given to an individual who wants the room for 3+ days per week with existing client database.

References required.

Working hours are 10 am - 8 pm, mon-sat. We are flexible.

-Daily room rate is £80.

-Daily room rate is £150 (for botox,restylane & any other advanced treatments).

-Weekly rates negotiable.

-Rent paid weekly in advance.

-Two week deposit required.
