We provide a variety of rooms in a tranquil, welcoming environment, perfect for therapists to conduct their practices and meet with clients.

Our facilities include a reception area, fully equipped kitchen, restrooms, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Conveniently located near Chorlton tram station and various transport links, on-street parking in bays around the clinic, with an additional paid car park just around the corner.

To streamline your experience, we provide an online booking calendar, allowing you to easily check room availability and reserve as needed. Payments are made via invoice at the end of each month, with transfers processed through BACS.

To get started, we simply ask you to sign a straightforward room-use agreement and provide a valid photo ID along with proof of indemnity insurance specific to your field of practice.

We are open Tuesdays to Thursdays 9am-7pm, Friday 9 am-6pm and Saturday 9am to 4 pm.

£12 per hour or block bookings are offered at a reduced rate.

If you would like to pre-book your slots weekly, this can be done at the following rates:

2hrs = £22 (£11 per hour) 3 hrs = £30 (£10 per hour) 4 hrs = £36 (£9 per hour) Additional hours are at a minimum of £9 per hour. They require a 2-week notice of termination and have to be for at least four weeks.
