Both rooms are fully furnished and provide a lovely warm space. There are reception facilities during office hours, with friendly welcoming staff, as well as a waiting area for when clients arrive.

The rooms are equipped with a desk for admin use and has internet access included.

There are kitchen facilities with coffee and tea provided, and an area where you can eat lunch.

The rooms are conveniently situated in a grade 2 listed building within 10 mins walk from Piccadilly train station and close to tram stops. There are car park facilities close by.

The rooms are available on weekdays and evenings on a ad hoc or half day and full day bookings .

Monday to Friday 8 30 till 10pm

Saturday 8 30 am till 10 pm
