I have 2 treatment rooms available located in Sutton, Surrey, as part of a brand new fitnes studio opening Jan 2017.

Both rooms are unfurnished, but recently decorated, each with a new sink and air conditioning unit. Ideal for beauticians, massage therapists, hypnotherapist etc.

There is also an allocated parking space with the room, and potential to include access to the 1000 sq ft private fitnes studio and all equipment (would be ideal for Physio/sports therapists).

Access between 7am-9pm on weekdays, and 8am- 6pm on weekends.

Rates are:

£12 per hour

£40 half day (4 hours)

£70 for full day (8 hours+)

Access to the fitness area can be discussed.
