free room rental in swap for mentoring junior physio

Hello. My name is Sarah and I am looking into doing some physiotherapy from home. I am converting the extension into a self contained unit that will contain a disabled access toilet, a small waiting area and 2 clinic rooms. I am considering seeing if a band 6 would want to use a room in swap for some mentoring as I am a band 5 that has never done outpatients as a qualified so would need to spend sometime with an experienced outpatient physiotherapist before setting up. Then when I am set up I would still need some supervision sessions and advice ongoing in swap for use of this room. They would need to be friendly and happy to help me with my development as a junior physiotherapist. They would have sole use of the room, plus parking room outside the house. The room will be 7ft by 10ft with a sink, plinth, small desk included, and you would be able to have some input into the set up of the room. Thank you.
