Affordable counselling rooms to rent in Chorlton, South Manchester

Three counselling rooms available to share in well-managed, quiet and well-maintained shared building in Chorlton, South Manchester. Both rooms are quiet, well-furnished, attractive and have at least 3 chairs so are suitable for work with individuals or couples. One room has folding chairs so is suitable for a group of up to 10 people. There is a door-entry system and free parking for counsellors and clients, fast wi-fi and cleaning are included in the rent. The rooms are managed by a not for profit CiC (community interest company) which ensures that the rent is affordable. Rent includes online marketing and promotion of all counsellors and some referrals of clients that enquire via the website. All counsellors who use the rooms are asked to offer some counselling sessions at reduced rates to clients on low incomes, in order to pass on some of the benefit of the affordable rent to the community.
