Available from 8.30 am to 8.00 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 15 November 2025, this first-floor room is comfortably furnished, welcoming, spacious, with good natural light. High-speed Wi-Fi is available, along with a fridge, dishwasher, and facilities for making tea/coffee. It's accessible by lift or stairs and wheelchair accessible. The Practice Room is set within a larger complex of mixed creative businesses in Birmingham's cultural quarter. The public reception is friendly as well as discreet; there's good security and excellent amenities, including three cafes within the complex. Based next to The Custard Factory, it's well served by buses and within 12- 15 minute walk from New Street and Moor Street stations. There are several car parks and free on-street parking in the vicinity. The room is appropriate for therapists working with children, individual adults, couples and groups of up to 8 participants.

The building and carpark are open from 8am to 8pm

4.5 hrs/week (Mon–Thursday); £14.00/hr; £56.00 for one half-day a week.

8 hrs/week (Mon – Thursday), (8:00 am – 8:30 pm); £12.50/hr; £100.00 for one whole day per week.

12 hrs/week (Monday to Thursday); £10.00/hr; £120.00 for one and a half days a week.

16+ hrs/week (Monday – Thursday). (8:00 am – 8:30 pm); £8.00/hr; Capped at £128.00 per day for two whole days a week.
