Modern, clean, bright therapy room in busy gym near Leeds city centre

A beautiful, modern, clean, bright therapy room in a busy gym located near Leeds city centre, available on a part-time basis.

There are thousands of residents and businesses within walking distance of the venue plus we'll be happy to recommend our gym members to you where appropriate. We can offer some assistance with your marketing to get started, and also a staggered introductory rate while you get yourself established.

The room is suitable for most physical therapies and includes a treatment table, pillows, sink, storage units and a model skeleton!

We have a full time receptionist who can welcome clients for you and take bookings. You will have free access to the gym's changing facilities and showers, as well as our staff room (including fridge, microwave, coffee pot, kettle etc.) We can offer you a discounted gym membership as well!

From the end of May, the room will be available on the following days/times:

Monday: 6am-10pm (full or half day)

Tuesday: 6am-10pm (full or half day)

Wednesday: 6am-2pm (half day)

Thursday: 6am-10pm (full or half day)

Friday: 6am-2pm (half day)

Saturday: 8am-6pm (full or half day)

Sunday: 9am-4pm (full day)

We currently have a Massage Therapist renting the room on Wednesday and Friday afternoons/evenings, so your services will need to be something alternative to hers in order to avoid competition for clients. We will also need to ensure that the therapies you offer are in line with the ethos of the gym.

Monday - Thursday: 6am - 10pm

Friday: 6am - 8.30pm

Saturday: 8am - 6pm

Sunday: 9am - 4pm

Discounted introductory rates available for the first 9 months, while you build up a client base...

Quarter 1 = £25 per full day or £15 per half day

Quarter 2 = £35 per full day or £20 per half day

Quarter 3 = £45 per full day or £30 per half day

Quarter 4 (and moving forwards) = £55 per full day or £40 per half day
