Conveniently located for the district and circle line, Hammersmith Line, Great Northern Train, Thameslink, Elizabeth Line and the Northern Line serving all parts of London and beyond quickly. Costs are from £16.90 per hour anytime or contract £12.50.

Ad Hoc

The cost of room hire is from £16.90 per hour,

or/and

Contract Hire (Regular User – One Session 4 hours or more)

Block booking hire of 4 hours from £50.00 per week.

Notice To Cancel Period - just 4 weeks

We have put together this little checklist helping you to make the right decision hiring rooms

* is it owner-occupied, so there is no chance of the lease being pulled?

* are the rooms run by Therapists for Therapists, so they understand your challenges and can create a team spirit?

* will they supply you with new business leads so that you may supplement your client list, or can they help you fill your rooms on the days/hours you want to work?

* are the chairs ergonomically designed, giving your neck support, you will be sitting there a long time and you won't want the added expense of chiropractor and physiotherapy fees.

* will the contract allow for flexibility, is the notice period more than 4 weeks to cancel?

* Is the room climate-controlled, and do they all have air conditioning for the hot summers?

* is it possible to add the occasional hour, can you ensure that, for example, if you have a client for only six weeks, that room will be available to you every single week at the same time?

* are the costs of the contracted rooms more than £12.50 an hour at any time of the day or evening?
