We currently have 6 rooms on one floor (1st floor level). The floor and its rooms were originally set up as beauty rooms and the décor reflects that.

They are a mixture of private lockable rooms perfect for use as treatment rooms or therapy rooms or even workshop group meetings in the larger rooms.

We have 3 very large rooms, 2 of which ould be partitioned if desired.

Full kitchen facility and private toilets are on the floor.

Ground floor reception and waiting area provided.

Ideally we are looking for a single tenant to take on the floor and to sublet to various types of therapists. We are open to discuss arrangements and can make alterations to help obtain the right client.
