The rooms are suitable for individual, couple, family counselling, psychotherapy, coaching, hypnotherapy, other appropriate talking-therapy work, clinical supervision and small group work.

Both rooms are beautifully furnished with bespoke furniture throughout, large windows allowing for lots of natural light and access to high speed WiFi. The building has original Victorian spiral staircase, floor boards and exposed bricks, creating a distinctive alternative to more traditional clinical or office environments. Our practice also offers a communal kitchen, break out area, shower and toilets.

The office is located in vibrant area with excellent public transport links and amenities. Shoreditch High Street Overground is a 1 minute walk, Liverpool Street Station is an 8 minute walk and Old Street is a 10 minute walk. The rooms have 24hr access with users having their own fob key.

The rooms form part of a busy and established private counselling and psychotherapy practice and are already home to a community of independent practitioners.

There may also be opportunities for suitable practitioners to join the wider practice and receive client referrals, subject to availability and the practice's usual requirements.

We welcome enquiries from qualified, ethical practitioners looking for a consistent and professional base from which to develop or expand their private practice.

Proof of professional qualifications, appropriate professional membership and indemnity insurance will be required.

General practice hours 7am - 10pm however the building has 24 hour access

Room hire is offered as a fixed weekly booking, giving practitioners the same room and time each week and providing a consistent base for seeing clients.

MORNING / PRACTICE BUILDER BLOCKS

A limited number of 7am–12pm fixed weekly blocks are currently available at:

£11 per hour / £55 per week / Approximately £238 per calendar month

These blocks may be particularly suitable for practitioners who are establishing or growing their private practice and would like a regular Shoreditch base at an accessible monthly rate.

AFTERNOON AND EVENING AVAILABILITY

A small number of regular afternoon and evening blocks are currently available.

Friday — 12pm–5pm

£12 per hour / £60 per week / approximately £260 per calendar month

Friday — 5pm–10pm

Yellow Room

Friday — 5pm–10pm

£12 per hour / £60 per week / approximately £260 per calendar month

THURSDAY EVENING – 3 HOUR BLOCK

A regular 7pm–10pm Thursday evening block is available in the Blue Room at:

£13 per hour / £39 per week / Approximately £169 per calendar month

This provides a regular three-hour evening session and may suit a practitioner wanting to see two or three evening clients without taking a full five-hour block.

REGULAR ROOM RATES

Our standard rate for a regular five-hour weekly block is:

£14 per hour / £70 per week / £303 per calendar month

Current fixed-block rates:

Practice Builder morning block: £11 per hour

Friday fixed blocks: £12 per hour

Monday evening block: £13 per hour

Standard regular block: £14 per hour

Practitioners taking more than one regular weekly block may also qualify for a multiple-block rate.

WEEKEND AVAILABILITY

Saturday and Sunday availability may also be arranged at:

£85 per day

Rates can be discussed for practitioners looking to take regular or full-weekend bookings.

AD-HOC BOOKINGS

Ad-hoc room use is available to practitioners who already hold at least one regular weekly block.

£25 per hour
