PEACEFUL THERAPY ROOM IN FALLOWFIELD, MANCHESTER

Situated on the lower ground floor of a three storey detached property, the premises are dedicated to the use of therapists. Whilst located in a busy student area, the building is tucked away off Wilmslow Road, so benefits from being easy to get to, but is peaceful and quiet. There are two lovely parks within 2 minutes walking distance, plus an excellent public transport network.

Tissues and coffee making facilities are provided, as are water glasses and a jug. The room is furnished with a two-seater leather sofa (great for couples), a dedicated therapy chair, desk and side tables for convenience.

There is a small kitchen and toilet facilities on site; in addition to an unstaffed waiting area.

The building is secure and has a small patio to the rear.

Monday 8am-8pm and/or Friday 8am-8pm

Please note that this room is not suitable for massage services or physiotherapy.

Currently, the room is available for either one full day per week or two full days per week.

£160 pcm for one full day. £320 pcm for both days.

Only one client per day needed to cover the room rental!

Monday: 8am-8pm or Friday: 8am-8pm

Ad-hoc hours are charged at an additional £10 per hour on a Sunday, but will only become available once a monthly agreement is in place.
