Optimised Personal Wellness is a modern, bespoke 3500 sq.ft. integrated health clinic and personal training gym, in a prime Manchester city centre location.

The clinic is on the edge of Spinningfields, close to the traditional financial district and only a few metres from Deansgate.

The facility has been designed by practitioners who understand the need for a welcoming, friendly, safe, professional, therapeutic environment for their clients and is perfect for clinical and complementary therapists.

The professional, spacious, and comfortable environment creates the right impression for your services, adding to your clients overall experience while supporting the ideal delivery of your services.

Our reception area offers modern and comfortable seating, and clients will be greeted by friendly staff and offered a selection of herbal teas or water whilst they wait for their practitioner to meet them. There is a secure intercom system into the clinic and someone will be on hand to welcome and greet your clients if you are not immediately available.

The seven luxurious consulting rooms have a bright, clean and modern finish, with comfortable seating, and all rooms offer dimmable lighting so you can create the ambiance you desire. There are plenty of power sockets for laptops etc, and free wifi connection for practitioners and clients. Printing facilities also included.

Please note our facility is approved for both D1 and D2 uses.

A range of rooms to suit physical therapies, beauty therapy, aesthetic treatments, medical or complementary therapy consultations and all talking therapies.

Room 2 is a quiet, warm, welcoming room that is ideal for talking therapies.

This room comes equipped with two luxury wingback chairs, luxury rug, plants, design side table, chrome arch lamp, clock, and design tea set.

Room 3 is a quiet, warm, welcoming room that is ideal for acupuncture, aesthetic treatments, massage therapy, beauty treatments - this room has a luxurious feel, with hydraulic 3 section physical therapy / examination couch, and also a desk and chairs making it suitable for professional consulting appointments.

This room comes equipped with therapy couch, modern floor lamp, consultation desk, two chairs, desk lamp, clock, and design tea set.

This room comes equipped with a modern glass desk and chairs, and can be provided per your requirements with a portable treatment couch if physical examination is required.

This room comes equipped with a modern glass desk, practitioner chair and client chair, as well as a hydraulic 3 section physical therapy / examination couch.

For physical therapists, this room also comes fully equipped with couch roll, Songbird Naturals waxes, massage lotion, towels, a range of bolsters, and a sharps bin for those practicing acupuncture of dry needling.

8am to 8pm Monday to Friday.

For regular weekly block bookings, Saturdays are also available.
