Therapy Room & Multi-purpose Room to Rent in Port Solent

We have two rooms available to hire at the busy Trading Post in the Port Solent Marina off the Boardwalk.

Upstairs next to a cafe we have a room suitable for talking therapies - particularly coaching, counselling or hypnotherapy. Whilst it is a lively bustling environment, our noise reducing curtains and white noise machine create a condusive and suitable atmosphere for in-depth work with clients. -

Room One is approx 9'x8' and contains a therapist wheeled chair and a therapy reclining armchair. Lighting can be controlled and music can be played on our blutooth speaker.

Room Two is approx 10'x9' and is more open and lively and would work for those who like a space that can attract potential customers from passing trade. At the moment, this room can be adapted to suit either one to one or groups. It has been used for alternative therapies, skin care demonstrations etc

Reception - There is a small reception area leading only to Room One - this allows for a quiet space to complete documentation or to relax. Those hiring Room One have access to this space FOC.

Retail Space - We have a small retail area where we can carry items that you may sell to support the work you do. We currently sell a range of health supplements including CBD as well as some alternative therapy gifts.

Receptionist - the person working in the retail area will be happy to welcome your clients, sort out any paperwork you may want to have completed.

Depending on the nature of the agreement, you can hire the space for an hour, half day or full day. The price shown is per day...!
