A warm, bright and spacious room available to rent by weekly blocks.

The room is suited to independent practitioners offering talking therapies including couples work, mentoring and coaching etc.

There is disabled access, reception & waiting area, communal kitchen and secure access. This comfortably furnished room has two large windows supplying plenty of natural light with blinds to provide privacy. The room also comes with WiFi, writing desk, AC/heating and storage space.

Transport links are excellent with Harrow-on-the-Hill train and bus stations very nearby.

The room is co-managed by two established practitioners who are happy to offer some guidance and referral network possibilities if wanted.

Covid safety arrangements:

Chairs >2m apart; antiviral spray (for chairs and surfaces); HEPA-filtered air purifier; hand sanitiser and cleaning wipes; additional cleaning measures in building.

7 days per week, 7am to 11pm.

Tuesdays- before 11am,

Thursdays- before 11am,

Fridays- before 2.30pm to 7pm,

Saturdays- before 11am / after 3pm,

Sundays- before 12pm / after 2pm.

Weekday Prices (4-hour block): £125 per month

Weekend Prices (4-hour block): £100 per month

Discounts are available if taking more than 4 hours.

Additional ad-hoc hours are only available to practitioners who take a weekly block, at £14 per hour.
