I have a lovely quiet and comfortable therapy/consulting room in a Stunning Grade 2 listed building on Portland St . Gainsborough House is 5 minutes from Manchester Oxford Road Train Station, 2 minutes from the Metro (St Peters Square) and 5 minutes from affordable parking in Bloom St.

The room is spacious (5m * 4m) and has natural light and ventilation. At one end , it is laid out for individual or couples talking therapy work with comfortable Wing Back Chairs. There is a desk and chair with free wifi and a storage chest and drawers.

There is also plenty of space for a Therapy Table at the other end of the room

The building is serviced with free tea and coffee facilities and a shared kitchen and toilets very near the room. The building is also fully covid compliant

There is lift access but the room is only one floor up from the entrance. There is a door entry system so you can buzz your clients in without the need for them to sign in at reception and there is a dedicated waiting area near the room

8am to 8pm Weekdays. Weekend access available on request

Half a day £140 Full Day £220 per month. Currently I have All day Wednesday and Friday available You can then use the room on an AdHoc basis whenever it is available at no extra cost. The AdHoc bookings are managed using a shared calendar
