We are a thriving Ayurvedic Therapy Centre in Central London, committed to expanding our services by welcoming skilled professionals to join our team. Location and Facilities:

Centrally located just a 3-minute walk from Old Street Station, our space is ideal for Psychotherapists, Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, and Aestheticians looking to grow their practice. The centre is thoughtfully designed and fully furnished, featuring a welcoming reception area, a kitchenette, toilet facilities, and three well-ventilated, meticulously maintained treatment rooms. Each room is equipped with heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort. On-site parking for one car is also available.

Rental Details per Room:

* 1 day/week: £350 PCM

* 2 days/week: £500 PCM

* 3 days/week: £650 PCM

* 4 days/week: £800 PCM

* 5 days/week: £950 PCM

A 3-6 month damage deposit is required, and tenants will be responsible for a portion of electricity and water bills, to be discussed during the viewing. Preferred hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 9:30 PM, with weekend availability open for discussion.

Additional Offerings:

We also provide advanced beauty equipment, including electrolysis and laser hair removal machines, available for rent at competitive rates for our tenants. Please note that these are not included in the room rent.
