Rent a space in a beautiful, brand new Leeds studio, located in Mustard Wharf!

Ideally located with a short walk to the South Exit of the Leeds Station, and also to convenient street parking areas in the Holbeck Urban Village area, this location is right in the centre of the up-and-coming South Bank area of Leeds.

The Studio 2 space is 40sqm and is our second studio so it is available to use all hours of the day. Alternatively we also have Studio 1 which is 60 sqm, but is only available outside of our normal class operating times. Wide open space perfect for a multitude of therapy and physiotherapy types, as well as different types of fitness classes such as yoga or pilates, we're happy for you to move equipment in, such as massage tables or therapy tables, and also have a storage room in the back of the facility that can fit a certain amount of items.

You and your clients will also have access to our full amenities including 3 showers, towels, 2 toilets, and amenities such as blow driers, hair straighteners, and Cowshed toiletries. The studio has a full Air Conditioning system which can also be used for heating in the winter. Clients also have access to our lockers which have keys so their items can be safe.

Studio 1: 6:00AM - 9:00PM, not including times when we have our classes running (see schedule on website for info)

Studio 2: 6:00AM - 9:00 PM
