We have a brand new, state of the art, purpose-built therapy room available to rent.

This therapy room is located within our high end, busy dental practice. Our practice has 4 rooms in total, 3 of which are used for dentistry. We have a large patient base, which could create a huge opportunity for new enquiries for you.

The opening hours for the room would be as follows.

Monday - Friday 08:00 – 17:00 and alternate Saturday mornings.

We would be happy to accommodate someone looking to rent the room on a full-time basis or multiple therapists who whish to share the room on separate days.

The room is equipped with electrics, cabinetry, and a TV. There is a fully equipped staff room, kitchen, and other facilities on site for you to utilise.

If you are a self employed individual looking to take your first steps into having a high street presence, or a larger established business looking to expand into one of the rarely available rental spaces in Caversham, we can accommodate your needs.

The room is available from December 5th 2022. Rates are negotiable.
