Large Space | Talk & Body Therapy | Monthly Contract | Cheapest Rates

Hi, I am Rose! I originally set up my therapy studio in January 2023 to accommodate my own work.

It is a spacious and bright 200 square feet practitioner room with many things that you need for talk (couples + small group), embodied, movement or alternative therapies. Storage space available for your own things (by negotiation). It set in a converted factory building, along with a mix of creative and service businesses.

MONDAYS are currently available on a per calendar month contract basis. The monthly rent is COST PRICE: you only pay what I pay to rent the space. For your monthly commitment, you get the cheapest space available in Hackney, in which to grow your business.

I grew a fully booked business using search engine optimisation (SEO) and have made a video course for therapists about this. I offer this course at COST PRICE to you: one practitioner has filled their day using my SEO teachings (it takes 6 - 12 months for SEO to work, dependent upon you being a good practitioner who writes web content).

The per calendar month cost of renting the space are as follows:

Weekdays: X1 day = £180 per calendar month

Weekends: Saturdays = £140 per calendar month

Weekends: Sundays = £110 per calendar month

This is cost price share of the space – you only pay what I pay to run the space.

One months rent deposit, monthly rent due on 26th of month in advance (i.e. due on 26th April for month of May). 2 months notice either way to cancel the agreement.

I request that people using the space work together in collaborative ways to make the space work for us all. So you need to be able to negotiate and reach agreement with a sense of fairness in mind (e.g. about how much storage space you have, what can and can’t be in the space).

Because its rented at cost price, you need to be responsible about using the space with others in mind and leaving it clean and tidy (I have priced in the cost of a professional clean x2 per year but otherwise its up to us all equally to look after it).
