We are a Boutique Wedding and Events venue with treatments rooms, 1500 member Health Club, 20-bedroom accommodation, and Real Tennis & Padel Tennis. We are proud to be the only venue in the world with 2 courts of Real Tennis, the original game of tennis whose origins can be traced to the 14th century.

We are looking to rent rooms in our club building to self employed professionals from the field of health, lifestyle, wellbeing, nutrition or someone who wants to run an independent office. We are looking for heterogeneous set of skill offers to come together under one roof and benefit from free on site parking,1300 members, all inclusive monthly contract, bistro on site. Looking for minimum 6 months contract. Prices would be fixed on monthly basis but would vary room size depending. Prices starting from as low as £750 a month.

It is a very well equipped fitness centre, with friendly, caring, efficient, responsible qualified fitness instructors. We welcome people of all ages to come and join our club. 

For treatment rooms, we have a common reception/waiting room for your clients to wait. We also offer "actual not virtual receptionist support" who would take messages for you from your clients so you could get maximum productivity out of your day. Every room would be painted and re-floored to colour and theme of your choice which suits your industry.
