Room rental in the heart of Muswell Hill

Our studios provide a clean, bright and intimate setting in the heart of Muswell Hill. The upstairs is spacious, boasts a kitchenette and has a breath taking view over London. Downstairs has just been refurbished and we have created a cosy, private space. Both rooms are suitable for a wide variety of uses and are currently being rented for fitness, workshops, treatments and talking therapy. We also have a bathroom with a shower cubicle downstairs. There is a parking space for one vehicle outside the studio but also there is unrestricted parking on some of the roads either side of the studio.

8am to 10pm

£18 per hour upstairs

£15 per hour downstairs

Discounts are available for extended bookings over three hours.

Please note that these prices are for treatments but for workshops or classes the price is £20 for upstairs and £15 for downstairs.
