Join us in our brand-new clinic with a newly decorated and refurbished room to rent. Our clinic has all the facilities required when renting the room. There is off road parking at the front of the clinic and ample space for road parking. The clinic offers a disabled toilet and a ramp to enter into the premises. There is a small kitchen for staff, a rear garden and a reception waiting area. On site Wi-Fi available for use and an onsite receptionist to meet and great all bookings.

You will be provided with your own key and fob in order to enter the premises. You will be required to bring your own equipment, but all cleaning products will be provided. Room size, 128inch/3.25metres length and 94inch/2.39metres width.

As our clinic is a private injury clinic offering treatments such as, Massages (Sports/Relaxation/Hot Stones), we are ideally after someone who offers a different or similar service to what we offer. As an additional incentive, we will also encourage any of our clinic clients to book in with yourselves. Any clinic clients that do book in, the clinic will take 30% from the cost, any personal booking you will have the 100% of the booking cost will be yours.

Monday / Wednesday / Friday 9am-8pm and Saturdays 9am-6pm. £175 per week, £700 per month.
