Large counselling room to rent with parking in Carrington, Manchester

Spacious and newly decorated Therapy room located in Carrington, Manchester. We are a newly set up childrens' education centre and would ideally want someone to deliver therapy to children, although this room is well suited to counselling of all types. There are 4 desks in the room along with a huge storage space, you're welcome to utilise some of this if you are able to commit to a monthly rental. 

Three rooms available

Room 1: as pictured perfect for talking or small group therapies. Desks and chairs available, storage available. Wifi and large screen for presentations. Two chairs and a small sofa with a coffee table is pur standard set up. This room is upstairs.

Room 2: downstairs with a sink, access to chairs and tables or floor cushions. A bright and comfortable room fits up to 30 people.

Room 3: perfect for art therapies. Chairs and tables are the standard set up. Easy to wipe down surfaces. This room is on the ground floor with an outdoor tap.

We have our own bus stop and car park and there is a cafe on site. We are happy to offer the hourly rate of £7.50 per hour to help people get set up. £20 for a 3 hour morning or afternoon session. £40 for a full day. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful in any season, there is a woodland walk that may be used in therapy sessions (not accessible to the public).
