The room is freshly painted and decorated, with two comfortable armchairs, large sofa, desk, wooden parquet floor, and large windows with a view onto a quiet residential street.

Ideal for one-to-one psychotherapy, counselling, coaching work, couples counselling, traditional psychoanalysis, or small supervision or study groups. There is also plenty of space for a massage bed or floor work (please enquire).

The room is on the ground floor and there is a lift and stairs to bathrooms on the second floor. Entry is via intercom directly to the room. 

The room is in an excellent location for client enquiries in De Beauvoir, five minutes walk from Essex Road station.

24 hour access with key fob.

From Monday to Friday we rent in 5 hour blocks: AM blocks are from 7.00am until 1pm, PM blocks are from midday 5pm, Evening blocks are from 5pm to 10pm or as late as needed.

Block bookings of 5 hours

7am to 12 noon - £62.50 per block - £250 per month

12 noon to 5pm - £62.50 per block - £250 per month

5pm to 10pm - £62.50 per block - £250 per month

On Saturday we rent half and full days at £80/day with rolling contract of min 4 days a month or

£50/ ½ day 8am-3pm | 3pm-10pm.
