The room provides a calm, confidential and welcoming environment, making it ideal for counsellors, psychologists, psychotherapists, coaches, supervisors and other talking therapists. It has been thoughtfully designed to create a comfortable and professional experience for both practitioners and clients.

The room benefits from high-speed WiFi and is suitable for both face-to-face and online work. It is furnished with two comfortable armchairs, a desk for online sessions and administrative work, adjustable heating, and tea and coffee making facilities. The room is exceptionally quiet, providing a peaceful setting away from the noise of the city centre.

Located within the historic Grade II listed Milton Hall building, the room offers an excellent first impression for clients. The building features impressive original architecture, stained glass windows and a welcoming professional atmosphere.

Clients are greeted by the building receptionist upon arrival and can relax in the comfortable waiting area before their appointment. Lift access is available, and the building is fully accessible.

Milton Hall is ideally situated on Deansgate in the heart of Manchester city centre. Deansgate Metrolink and railway stations are less than a five-minute walk away, with excellent transport links across Greater Manchester and beyond. Nearby parking is also available.

The room is available seven days a week from 7:30am until 10pm, with a 24-hour staffed reception desk.

Current availability:

• Thursday - Morning 8:30am to 2:30pm

• Friday - Full day 8:30am to 9:00pm

• Saturday - Full day 8:30am to 9:00pm

• Sunday - Full day 8:30am to 9:00pm

The room can be rented on either a half-day or full-day basis:

Morning half-day: 8:30am to 2:30pm

Evening half-day: 3pm to 9pm

Half-day: £180 per calendar month

Full-day: £300 per calendar month
