You will be renting a spacious and inviting room perfect for consultations and talking therapies. This space offers an optimal setting for both you as a professional and your client. Furnished with two comfortable armchairs, the room features a distinctive element – a vintage brick fireplace, imparting a luxurious and historical ambiance. A desk is available, well-suited for online therapy and administrative tasks. The room is tranquil, effectively blocking out any external sounds from the city.

For your convenience, there's a fridge where you can store your lunch or milk for tea. A Nespresso coffee machine is provided for your use and that of your clients, though you'll need to bring your own Nespresso coffee capsules. A kettle is also at your disposal for making tea or other hot beverages. You have control over the room's temperature with an adjustable radiator, ensuring a comfortable environment for you and your clients. The room is equipped with water glasses and glass tea cups, and these can be easily cleaned in the kitchen next door.

The room is positioned on the second floor of Milton Hall, a prominent structure on Deansgate. This Grade-II listed building with historical significance, constructed as a Congregationalist Church Hall between 1909 and 1911, exudes a sense of grandeur with its impressive staircase and original stained glass windows. Its location is central, making it ideal for those seeking a historic setting with convenient access to the various amenities in Manchester city centre.

Upon reaching Milton Hall, your clients will be welcomed by the receptionist, who will direct them to your room. Your clients have the option to use the elevator or ascend the historic staircase. Seating is provided in the beautifully decorated corridor.

Excellent transportation links are available, with Deansgate Metrolink station just a five-minute walk away, providing convenient tram access. Deansgate railway station is directly across the street from the Metrolink, and Salford Central station is a short distance. Victoria railway station is a 17-minute walk. Metered parking on St John's Street, around the corner, is usually readily available.

The Room is accessible every day of the week, throughout the entire year, from 07:30 to 22:00. Reception desk is manned 24/7.

The room can be rented for either half-day or full-day periods:

-Morning half-day - 07:30 to 14:30

-Evening half-day - 15:00 to 22.00.

The cost of a half-day is £180 pcm (equivalent to £5.90/hr)

The cost of a full-day is £300 pcm (equivalent to £4.60/hr)
