Treatment rooms to rent/ High Street Kensington/ Notting Hill Gate

Each room has a marble table with a sink and storage, and a treatment bed. Receptionist service is available. Access to fast wireless WIFI, a waiting area, an a/c and ventilation system, and tea facilities. We are happy to accommodate your requirements for you and your clients.

Ideal for various practices:  Physiotherapy,  Osteopathy,  Medical Consultations,  Nutritionist Services,  Counselling,  Chiropractic Services, Holistic Healing, Psychologist.

Available 7 am to 10 pm, Monday to Sunday.

Time slots are very flexible, but the minimum booking of 3 hours.

The guidance price for both slots for rooms 1-5 (7 am-10 am; 7 pm-10 pm)is £20 per hour on an ad hoc basis.

Prices are open to negotiation for long-term contracts.

The guidance price for rooms 6-9 depending on room size and room facilities as below :

A: £150 - £200/8 hours per day.

B: £250 - £280/15 hours per day.

C: £2000 - £3000 per month for sole occupancy.

Consumables are available at additional costs.

A one-time registration fee of £50 is required.
