The room is located in a beautiful Grade II listed building in Piccadilly Gardens, Manchester City Centre.

The building has secure fob access and is staffed with a friendly reception team Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

Facilities include: Air conditioning, fast and reliable internet, secure fob access to the building, comfortable waiting areas, toilets, showers and hand-sanitising stations throughout the building, a kitchen with tea and coffee facilities included.

The room is let out on a monthly block booking arrangement.

Monday - Sunday: 7am - 10pm

Weekdays:

£35 per half day

£50 per full day

Saturday/ Sunday:

£25 per half day

£35 per full day
