Therapy rooms in converted Leeds mill

Looking for the perfect space for your therapy or clinical supervision sessions? We have a range of dynamic therapy rooms available for registered therapists and practitioners, located in our Leeds office at The Small Mill – a beautifully converted 19th-century brewery warehouse.

With many contemporary rooms, each with a warm and welcoming feel, our spaces are ideal for a variety of needs.

Priced at just £15 per hour, they offer adaptable lighting, accessible rooms, and a serviced reception area. You can choose from different layouts, including desks, sofas, and chairs, with a maximum capacity of four people.

Conveniently located at Leeds Dock, we’re just a short walk from coffee shops, cafes, and transport links. Plus, you’ll have access to a kitchenette with tea and coffee-making facilities.

Free car parking is available on-site in the Small Mill car park in unallocated spaces from 6pm onwards, which can be used by both therapists and clients. There is also roadside parking available for a maximum of two hours.

Our therapy rooms are charged at an hourly rate of £15. All our therapy rooms can be booked in one-hour slots.
