Are you a therapist, counsellor, or consultant looking for a space to rent on short term basis? Then welcome to Foxglove and Pear Tree Cottages at Hawthorn Farm! Foxglove Cottage is a detached converted farm building, and Pear Tree Cottage is a delightful converted stable, annexed to the main farmhouse - both at Hawthorn Farm in Ware, near Ash. It is a peaceful and private location, surrounded by fruit orchards and beautiful Kent countryside.

We understand how important it is for independent practitioners to offer their clients a comfortable, calming, and conducive space for their sessions - without the stress of having to book all the appointments needed to justify renting permanent room.

Our aim is to take the hassle out of hiring a venue, by providing you with the perfect environment for you to greet and work with your clients. You'll have sole use of the building during your hire session, so no worries about privacy. Plus you get the benefit of not just a wc, but a beautiful shower room (handy to offer to your clients after physical therapies) and a fully equipped kitchen (whether you want to knock up a hot lunch, just make a cuppa, or heat up a nourishing snack!). We provide free tea and coffee (plus lacto-free milk) as well as filtered drinking water on-tap. And you'll be free to enjoy the beautiful grounds of Hawthorn Farm during your breaks.

Foxglove and Pear Tree Cottages are both available for half-day, day or evening hire throughout the year.

Free car parking immediately outside for up to 4 cars

Retreat Accommodation

If you're planning to organise a detox, fitness or wellness retreat, then you can hire any/all of the cottages at Hawthorn Farm for your on-site accommodation. We can provide up to 13 separate bed spaces (with some people sharing a bedroom). A perfect way to offer your clients a transformative get-away-from-it-all experience, or a turbo-charged introduction to your on-going services!

Foxglove and Pear Tree Cottage are bookable for half-day, day and evening hire 7 days per week, all year round - although different prices apply as detailed below.

Half day hire: 4 hours (From 9am to 1pm or from 1.30pm to 5.30pm)

Full day hire: 8 hours (from 9am to 5pm)

Evening Hire: 3 hours (6pm to 9pm)
