We are offering a beautifully furnished, private therapy room for rent in a peaceful setting, perfect for counsellors, talking therapists, creative therapists, and life coaches.

• Current Availability: Mon-Fri (Saturdays also offered but are currently in use).

• Fully furnished with comfortable seating, natural lighting, and calming decor

• Amenities: Wi-Fi, waiting area for clients, heating, and access to tea and coffee-making facilities. Also includes use of lockable storage space onsite for regular renters.

• Location: Downend, BS16. Plenty of ample on-street parking in a quiet neighbourhood. The building is set across one floor level and houses two therapy rooms, storage rooms, a wellbeing area for small groups and bathroom facilities.

As a therapist already working within the building, I have designed this space specifically with clients and their therapists in mind. Whether you’re just starting your practice or looking to expand, this room provides a dedicated, welcoming environment where clients feel at ease.

- Full day rentals (9am-9pm, £65)
