Beautiful treatment room to rent in aesthetics clinic, Ware High Street

The room is available Mon - Sat 9am - 7pm

This is a second room in a beautiful aesthetic clinic in Ware High street. There are free 30 minute parking bays outside the shop and paid parking directly opposite the entrance. There are two entrances to the clinic, both with passing trade.

I am looking for someone to be self employed that can offer facial treatments/aesthetic facials (not injectables) laser, physio, acupuncture, SPMU or similar with own client base. The room would also work well for clinicians wanting to offer clinics for menopause consultations or similar.

There is a couch part electric in the room, work surface with a sink currently being installed. Led and spot lighting.

Ideally someone will want to take in the room on a full time basis to secure the space for sole use or 2+ days a week paid a month in advance to secure the days.

I am looking for someone to join the clinic as part of a team but also to manage their own business/clients/payments etc.

Mon, wed and Friday 9-4

Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays appointment only

but available Mon - Sat 9-7pm for rental!

Daily rate - £70

Monthly Mon - Sat £600
