This is a beautiful room which includes a sink within a newly refurbished building. The room is based on the first floor and has herringbone style flooring with white walls.

There are other treatment rooms within the same building which all run their own separate business’s which include massage, aesthetics and makeup. The building is very peaceful as the other business owners tend to come in for appointments and then leave again. There is also a shared kitchen and bathroom within the building.

There is a large free carpark directly opposite the building and also a bus stop which is extremely convenient.

The room rent is £90 per week and includes all major bills like Gas, Electricity and Water.

There are no set times available for use of the room as it is up to the business owner renting the room when they choose to use it. They will have their own keys to come and go as they please.

Open 7 days a week 24 hours per day.

£90 per week which includes unlimited commercial use of the room during that period.
