6. Most tenants in the building are other therapists, meaning you’re in good and understanding company!

7. Client’s use the Ring video doorbell and buzzer entry system when they arrive, so there’s no running up and down stairs all day!

8. There’s a lovely big desk to work from with drawer/cupboard space allocated for your use.

9. There are waiting areas for your clients, plus toilets on most floors.

10. Mini kitchens are available for your use.

You can rent this amazing room for as little as £50 a day or £90 for 2 days.

This applies to the first 3 months of your tenancy.

After the 3-month period ends, rent per day will be £80 and for 2 days will be £120.

The room is tastefully decorated, perfect for adult in-person therapy.

The room would be most suitable for qualified therapists accredited with a recognised professional body (e.g. BACP, UKCP, BPS).

One month’s rent will be required as a deposit with one month’s notice. This would be for a longer-term sublet; I am not able to accommodate ad hoc book requests.

Proof of current insurance and membership required.

Day's available are Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays or Saturdays.
