The room sits alongside other medical practitioners in a quieter section of the building, where privacy and professionalism are the default.
Building Community and Clinical Neighbours
Upon taking a resident day, you become a member of the building. This gives you access to book breakout and meeting rooms at member rates, enjoy complimentary breakfast on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and attend member events and networking opportunities. The building already hosts other therapy practices and healthcare professionals, supporting a discreet, clinically appropriate environment with an established professional tone.
Arrival Experience
Reception and concierge operate from 8:30am to 5:30pm, with seamless client hosting. A member of the reception team can greet your client, take their coat, and escort them to a waiting room, so the client settles calmly and you avoid the awkwardness of early arrivals at your door. For evening clinics, an intercom in your room enables you to allow clients into the building, where they can wait in the lounge until it is time. A white noise device outside the door supports discretion during sessions.
Members’ Lounges and Refreshments
Two spacious, design-led members’ lounges serve as waiting areas and provide a calm, genuinely comfortable space for clients to settle before sessions. Fridges are stocked with complimentary beverages, including bottled water and canned soft drinks, and coffee is available throughout the day. A members’ bar operates seven days a week, offering a curated selection of alcoholic, soft, and hot drinks. Complimentary breakfast is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Residency Model
This is a premium resident-days-only arrangement, not an hourly hire room. You secure a fixed day, with 24-hour access on your resident day, no swapovers, no uncertainty. This model exists to avoid messy calendars and stressful changeovers, and to support a calm, unhurried client experience. Clients pick up on small cues when a practitioner is managing logistics rather than being fully present, fixed days protect the work, your day is your day. To maintain a consistent, calm, and well-kept environment, the room is shared by no more than four practitioners across the week, discouraging short-term ad hoc use and keeping the space organised and cared for.
Contract Terms
Rolling monthly contracts with one month’s notice are available, with the option to secure your space for a longer term, up to 24 months, if you want guaranteed capacity and to lock down your price for the period.

Fixed Resident Day: £1,750 per month
Exclusive use of the room on a fixed weekday of your choice, every week. Includes 24-hour access on your day. Billed monthly, paid one month in advance.
Whole Weekend Bundle: £2,250 per month
Exclusive weekend use every week, Saturday plus Sunday. Includes 48-hour uninterrupted access across the weekend. Billed monthly, paid one month in advance.
