Clients are signed in at reception, and you will receive an automated email notification when they arrive. For out-of-hours appointments, you can buzz clients directly into the building from the room, ensuring flexibility and ease of access.

The room has been thoughtfully furnished to create a comfortable, professional and welcoming atmosphere. It includes:

• Two comfortable armchairs with cushions and blankets

• Side tables with tissues, coasters and hand sanitiser

• A desk with a laptop stand and charging facilities

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 7am-10pm

£450 pcm per whole day on weekdays (£340 on weekends)

£260 pcm per half day on weekdays (7am-2pm or 2.15pm-10pm) (£195 on weekends)

£180 pcm per four-hour block on weekdays (£135 on weekends)

£15 per hour ad-hoc on top of existing bookings on weekdays (£12 on weekends)
