The agreement would be for 3 days a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays.

On other days, it is occupied by an established Laser Consultant with many clients seeking Aesthetic treatments.

The room is located in a long-established, busy Chiropractic Clinic. So there is lots of footfall for new clients.

Internet and all other utilities are provided.

The room has air conditioning.

Waiting area available as well as a toilet.

Days available are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Sundays.

3-day-a-week rental only, on a rolling monthly contract

Not available for single days

One month’s rent as a deposit with a one-month notice lease.
